Gukbap means a bowl of rice and soup. It is made by boiling down pork bones slowly for a long time together with some slices of boiled pork. Dwaeji gukbap is a Gyeongsangnam-do specialty, eaten throughout the southeastern province including Busan. Try original plain flavored gukbap of Busan at ‘Halmae Gukbap’!
